01 Request and confirmation
A parent may request a free 60-minute live 1:1 online maths trial for a saved child profile. The Skillvelop team considers the report, recommended teaching approach, grade, learning goals and availability when seeking an appropriate tutor.
A preferred date, time or displayed recommendation is a request, not a guaranteed slot or confirmed tutor allocation. The team contacts the parent to confirm arrangements. We do not guarantee a named tutor, immediate availability or a particular academic outcome.
02 Participation and privacy
An authorised adult should coordinate attendance, provide appropriate supervision and arrange a suitable device and connection. The tutor should receive only necessary educational and scheduling context. The assessment itself does not record video or audio. If a separate teaching service proposes recording a class, it must give the applicable notice and obtain any required permission; this request does not grant recording consent.
03 Changes, cancellations and paid services
Contact hello@skillvelop.com as soon as possible to change or cancel a confirmed class. Rescheduling depends on tutor availability; there is no cancellation charge for the advertised free trial. A missed class does not automatically entitle a family to repeated trials.
There is no obligation to buy tutoring after the trial. Any paid course or subscription must be presented and agreed separately, including price and applicable cancellation terms. Follow the booking notice on math.skillvelop.com if the request is made through that separate website.
