01 Parties, scope and acceptance

These provisions concern the Skillvelop MATH Assessment Platform at ma.skillvelop.com and its connected Skillvelop MA mobile application. The platform supports parent-managed mathematics assessments for students in Grades 1 to 10.

Related Skillvelop websites are math.skillvelop.com, study-abroad.skillvelop.com and www.skillvelop.com. Their separate services, purchases and information practices are governed by the notices and agreements presented there. A link does not extend these assessment terms to every service on those domains.

“Skillvelop”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator above. “You” refers to the adult account holder. By creating an account or using the platform after these terms are presented, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived. If you do not agree, do not create an account or commence an assessment.

02 Accounts and parental authority

An account holder must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where higher, and have authority to act for each participating child. Children participate under the direction of an authorised parent or legal guardian and must not create independent adult accounts. Keep contact details accurate and credentials private. Notify us of unauthorised use promptly.

Each child must have a separate profile. Do not enter another family’s information or misrepresent guardianship. A form declaration does not override any requirement for verified parental consent under applicable law.

03 Educational service and report limitations

The platform samples selected current-grade concepts, earlier foundations where relevant and student reflections. It does not certify complete curriculum mastery, assign an official grade-equivalent level or establish a fixed learning style. Results depend on the sample, responses, assistance received and technical conditions.

This assessment is an educational tool for identifying math interest, learning style and skill gaps. It is not a psychological, clinical or medical assessment, does not diagnose anything, and does not guarantee any academic outcome.

AI-generated text may contain errors or unsuitable suggestions. Parents and educators should review recommendations in context. SWOT, tutor-fit and competition guidance are suggestions, not admissions, scholarship, eligibility or success decisions. Confirm competition rules directly with the organiser.

04 Permitted use and intellectual property

You may use your family’s reports for personal educational purposes, including sharing with a chosen teacher or tutor with appropriate regard for the child’s privacy. You retain any rights you hold in submitted information. You authorise us to process it as necessary to provide the requested service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Platform software, branding and authored materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. No transfer of ownership occurs. Do not resell reports, reproduce the assessment bank commercially, access another family’s data, circumvent security or interfere with the service. See the Copyright and Acceptable Use policies.

05 Trials, charges and availability

The assessment and advertised trial request are free unless a separate offer expressly states otherwise before acceptance. A requested date or suggested tutor is not a confirmed booking. Skillvelop confirms class arrangements separately. Paid tutoring or other services require their own applicable agreement; requesting a trial does not purchase a subscription.

We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the platform. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or immediate AI or email delivery. If a feature fails, contact support rather than submitting repeated sensitive information.

06 Suspension, responsibility and disputes

We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security threats, safeguarding concerns or a material breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Closing access does not automatically erase records; lawful deletion requests are handled separately.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept responsibility for indirect losses arising from reliance on indicative educational recommendations. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection remedies. You remain responsible for decisions made after reviewing the evidence.

Indian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections applicable in your location. Competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana may hear disputes, without depriving you of a legally required consumer forum or other mandatory jurisdiction. Please raise concerns with our Grievance Officer; doing so is not a condition for exercising statutory remedies.

Material revisions will be identified by a new date and notified where appropriate. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue so far as permitted by law.
