Refund & Cancellation Policy

01 Free platform services

The assessment platform currently offers free assessments and free trial requests and does not take payment for those features. No assessment fee is collected to refund. Do not pay an unsolicited invoice claiming payment is necessary to unlock a free report without checking with hello@skillvelop.com.

02 Cancellation and withdrawal

You may stop an assessment and decline a trial request. Saved progress and reports remain subject to the Data Retention Policy. To cancel a confirmed free class, contact the team promptly using the confirmation contact or hello@skillvelop.com. Cancellation of a class and deletion of personal information are separate requests.

03 Separate paid offers and statutory rights

Paid tutoring, study-abroad or other services purchased through related websites are governed by the specific purchase agreement and refund terms disclosed before payment. This policy does not create a blanket no-refund rule for those services or remove statutory consumer remedies.

If paid assessment features are introduced, price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be disclosed before purchase. Contact the Grievance Officer about a disputed charge associated with Skillvelop, providing only necessary transaction details and no full card credentials.
