02 Submitting a complaint

Use the subject “Assessment platform grievance” and describe the issue, relevant dates, registered account email and the remedy requested. Include an assessment or report identifier if available, but avoid attaching full child reports unless needed. Complaints may concern privacy, unauthorised participation, report errors, accessibility, copyright or service conduct.

We may request proportionate verification or clarification and use a more suitable channel for sensitive evidence. A child may ask a trusted adult to help raise a concern. We do not require disclosure of unnecessary health or identification information.

03 Response and escalation

We will acknowledge and assess the concern, identify the responsible operational team and communicate the outcome or next steps within applicable legal deadlines. Where a specific statutory period applies, it takes precedence over internal handling. The platform does not currently provide an automated complaint-tracking portal.

If dissatisfied, reply to the Grievance Officer with the earlier correspondence and reason for review. Internal escalation is not a waiver of the right to approach a competent court, consumer forum, regulator or privacy authority. No arbitration agreement is imposed by this policy.

04 Urgent concerns

For suspected unauthorised access, stop using the affected session and contact us promptly. This mailbox is not an emergency service. If a child faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or child-protection authority. Privacy grievances and security reports will be handled with proportionate confidentiality, subject to lawful disclosure obligations.
