01 Protected materials
Skillvelop and its licensors retain their respective rights in the platform code, branding, layouts, question materials, original text and artwork. Third-party fonts, icons, libraries and other assets remain subject to their applicable licences. Publication does not grant permission to commercially reproduce the assessment bank, remove attribution or imply endorsement.
02 Family information and reports
You retain rights you legally hold in information you submit. Our permission to process submissions is limited by the service purpose and Privacy Policy. It does not grant unrestricted rights to use a child’s information in advertising.
An authorised family may download and use its report for personal educational purposes and share it with a chosen educator or tutor while protecting the child’s privacy. This permission does not grant ownership of platform materials or authorise commercial resale. AI-assisted output may be subject to limitations on copyright protection; we do not guarantee exclusive rights in every generated phrase.
03 Infringement notices
Send a good-faith notice to hello@skillvelop.com identifying the protected work, your ownership or authority, the specific allegedly infringing URL or material, your contact information and the basis of the claim. Include a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to make the complaint, with an electronic signature where appropriate.
We may seek clarification, restrict access, contact the relevant contributor or assess a response in accordance with applicable law. Do not include unnecessary child information in a notice. This channel is not a claim that Skillvelop has registered a US DMCA designated agent or qualifies for a particular safe harbour.
