Accessibility Statement

01 Our approach

We aim to make the platform usable on desktop and mobile with readable text, semantic headings, labelled controls, visible focus states and responsive layouts. This is a statement of approach, not a claim of certified WCAG conformance or that every assistive technology has been tested.

02 Assessment and report considerations

Mathematical notation, diagrams, charts, custom selectors and PDF reports may require additional explanation or assistive-technology support. A visual report may not provide the same reading experience as a fully tagged accessible document. Parents may help read a prompt without supplying the response.

If a presentation format prevents participation, contact hello@skillvelop.com to discuss an alternative explanation or support. Do not submit unnecessary medical information to explain a formatting need.

03 Feedback and changes

Please identify the page or feature, device, browser or assistive technology if relevant, and the obstacle encountered. We will assess reasonable changes and explain available support. You may raise an unresolved concern with the Grievance Officer. Accessibility improvements and policy revisions will be reviewed as the platform develops.
