Updated 5 October 2026Skillvelop Ventures Private Limited

01 Educational participation

Use the platform for lawful educational purposes with authority for each child. Provide accurate profile information. Encourage independent reasoning, with age-appropriate reading assistance where needed. An assessment with extensive adult coaching may not provide useful evidence; it must not be represented as an independent evaluation.

02 Prohibited conduct

Do not impersonate a parent, submit another family’s records without authority, harass a child or tutor, upload unlawful content, send malware, access another account or attempt to extract confidential answer or report data. Do not bypass access controls, overload endpoints, manipulate scores or scrape question materials for commercial reuse.

Do not use report indicators to label a child with a clinical condition or publish identifiable child information without proper authority. Do not exploit support or trial-request fields for unsolicited advertising.

03 Enforcement and reporting

We may investigate reported misuse, preserve necessary evidence and proportionately limit access to protect the service and affected people. Where legally appropriate, we will explain restrictions and allow a response. Statutory remedies remain available. Report concerns to grievance@skillvelop.com; report immediate threats to the relevant emergency or safeguarding authority.
